Wingard Traveler
We installed a Wingard Traveler for Direct TV in 2010. I looks like it is time for a new one or we have to remove this one and ship it to Wingard for a rebuild ... Has anyone ever done this?

I'd ask a Mod to move this to Technology Forum where it is more likely Bill.Satellite will see it. He's da Man when it comes to these. I don't understand what the tech is saying either. If the Traveler is aiming right then it might just be a bad LNB or, as others have said, coax.
