Winnabago Slide Lock Problem

Question

I have a 2012 Winnabago Sightseer 33c, the drivers side slide lock won't work, I have called Winni customer service, and the were no help and done a search on this forum and Winni Owners forum, with no luck.
I did get it to work for a while by fooling with the little flippers (limit switches?) on either side of the screw shaft. I thought maybe the shaft was bound up but I can wiggle it. The is power to the motor. Any help would be greatly welcomed

Just a guess, but have you tried moving the slide shaft using the manual method of extending and retracting the slide. Maybe the locking levers have come loose on the motors.

We had ours break twice when the RV was brand new.  They appear too fragile; so we don't use them.  No problems 46,000 miles.
