Service A is basically an oil and filter change and then your computer must be reset or it will eventually not let you start the RV. More info can be found in the maintenance manual that should have been in your information packet. Or you can download it online. You can also find a lot more information (and help) on the Yahoo Reyo-Via and View-Navion Tech forums. I think you have to join to read posts and some of the forums take awhile to post a message for new members.
