I don't think it was the same engine, but someone who knows the Jeep Renault's would probably be able to figure out the Renault in the Lesharo, I bet they would be similar enough.
I am betting it performs like a brick, from what I've heard both the Jeep and Lesharo were quite under-powered. 0-60 times well over 30 seconds, I am betting you will get the finger a lot on the interstates, lol
