1. HOW did you contac them? Phone or Email? FYI, almost all OEMs do not extend any repair or warranty Goodwill to 2nd and subsequent owners.
2. When you contac them, they will NOT give you an affirmative answer. They WILL require you to go to your local Winne dealer service center for a check out of the problem and you will go thru that dealer for any Goodwill help Winne will give you. Rarely will any OEM discuss a 2nd owner or warranty issue without their dealer checking out the problem.
3. Make sure you have all the pertinent info available or include it when you contac Winne.
