I don't think stability will be an issue at all. The FWD makes for a lower center of gravity and it seems to be fairly well balanced front to rear as far as weight goes. The older FWD motorhomes (GMC) had singles, albeit tandem singles in the rear and were reportedly very stable.
This motorhome lacks the ability to tow much and probably doesn't have much CCC, so it doesn't interest me. But for a buyer looking to go smaller than a Sprinter and bigger than a class B it might be a good option.
