I've been looking at for a bit. It is a completely new chassis, and because the Ducato/ProMaster doesn't have as much carrying capacity as the Ford E-series, the drop-down bed is the replacement for a slide-out.
I'm curious what the street price would be. MSRP is more than the Travato (a class "B"), but in general, class Cs tend to have a lot more negotiating room than the campervans.
All and all, the Trend has some cool features. On-demand hot water is a nice one. The drop down beds are another.
The two floor plans are fairly nice. Were I to get one, I'd probably go for the corner queen bed. However, if one didn't mind lowering and raising their bed every time, the other floorplan has more usable space when up and about.
