Winnebago Vectro ignition issue

Hi, I'm trying to help a neighbor troubleshoot his ignition/starting system on his 2004 Winnebago Vectra. He used the unit for a quick trip and upon his return, it would not start from the ignition switch. If we jump the starter solenoid exciter wire to battery power the engine starts and runs. We've checked the ignition switch for power when switched to start position, everything is fine. When I check the starter solenoid exciter wire for power when ignition is in start position, there is no power. I would like to know if the wire from the ignition switch goes directly to the starter solenoid, or does it go to a fuse panel first. I found some wiring diagrams on Winnebago's web site but I don't know which Drawing Number might pertain to the ignition to starter wiring. Can anyone tell me how to find the correct drawing on the website? Thanks.
