Winnebago Vista 30 vs Thor Ace 30.1
Another quick question. I'm in a struggle now because the dealer also has a 3 slide Winnebago Vista for about the same price. Winnebago is a new 2015. Ace is new 2017.. I believe both are on the F53 ...

Here we are on vacation and the front AC on our new to us 2012 Vista died (no cooling). Would be the end of the trip save for the back AC. The MOHO is 33 ft and the AC is 13.5K BTU. Daytime temps here in FL are 85F. Inside temp with 1 AC is 72F.
We will finish our trip and get her fixed. I researched the Coleman RVP units (the one I have) with R410 are not very reliable, lucky me.
It would've been awful to drive 600 miles and have this happen without a backup AC.
My ACE only has one AC and I would echo the statements here. If you travel in hot climates or anywhere that it gets over 90 while travelling on the road, one AC does not keep up. It's a concession we live with but if I were in the market a second AC would definitely be on the wish list.
