If identically equipped the same model of View and Navion should be equivalent, but not identical. There are different offerings in interior color combinations.
If any two examples have greatly different manufacture dates, there could be differences that result from running changes in design or engineering. For the same model year motorhome, there could be different model years for the van cutaway, because the RV model year change leads the chassis model year change by six to ten months.
A newer model year on the chassis is one of the changes that can significantly change the MSRP of two equivalent motorhomes. A change in the price of the chassis can also occur within the model year, as these are purchased in batches and the contract for each batch might be separately negotiated. But the price from M-B should not differ by as much as $15K.
It is also possible, if two different dealers, that the prices at one dealer may reflect a sales incentive that the other dealer did not get.
