Winter in mission or Brownsville Texas
We are going to Texas this winter and would like info. On nice Rv places in Mission and Brownsville area. We are birding in that area. Any locations would be good to park.

Just west of Mission on Bentsen Palm Drive near Bike trails and the state park & world birding center is Bentsen Palm Village Resort, Retama Village, Americana, Bentsen Grove, Val's Country Corral, Green Gate Grove and more. Retama Village and Green Gate Grove are privately owned lots & you have to rent from the individual owners. Victoria Palms in Donna is very nice, Llano Grande in Mercedes, Casa de Valle in Alamo. There are even a couple on the beach on South Padre Island. There are so many choices. Just drive around and look. There are about 500 parks in the Valley. Don't make reservations, just get a week somewhere and look around until you find what you like. Caution some on Expressway & Business 83 have a lot of traffic noise.
