You know there are two types of wires. One set is Dodge, to run tail lights, engine, and other stuff to operate the running part. Diagrams for cars (vans) can be found with a search for vehicle year and type. Even the library. The other set of wires is installed by the conversion company. It runs inside lights, converter, water pump, frig, and stuff for the house part.
I don't know what you what to do with the orange wire, but if you can find one end you can hook a "fox and hound" type device to it. It is a transmitter, then you trace the wire with a receiver. I got my on an auction site pretty cheap. It has helped me. My camper is older, 1973, and no way am I going to find any factory information.
