fuse in question is "IGN-B" originally 50amp Maxi Fuse
this feeds 3 circuits in the IP sub-panel under the dash
and a number of other circuits
all of which are only powered when the key is on RUN or ACC
feeds fuse for wipers, A/C compressor, ABS braking module, radio and backup lights, cruise control..etc..
and will sometimes blow when first started, after sitting overnight at destination
at owners insistence i have ordered a 50amp Circuit Breaker to replace the Maxi fuse
my next test will be to pull the fuse to the ABS module
