The fuse in question "IGN B" it's always hot
Hot from battery main, is under the front hatch, in the main power distribution box, along with other fuses and relays
The sub box under the dash has fuses that come from ING A. IGN B
IGN B..also feeds circuits that connect to the ing switch but not fused in sub box
