Take a look in the front wheel well and you should see the exhaust header and spark plugs. If you count 4 it has the V8 GM engine. Count 5 it's got the Ford V10. Swapping engines between manufacturers is a lot of work and expense. Not only the engine but also the complete electrical harness and dash unless you can figure out how to convert. About as rare as hen's teeth.
Ford runs the exhaust down the curb side frame and the fuel lines up the other side. The cross over is just in front of the rear axle to a driver's side tail pipe. The Y pipe between the left and right side cylinders is up near the transmission before the CAT.
