IF you go to a Ford dealer that services medium size trucks, that is true. The Ford dealers that DO NOT service big trucks will not work on your RV and do not have any parts in stock.
Not so. I had my cruise control recall done at a small rural dealership, and I had a oil change at a smaller dealer in Mountain Home, Idaho the other day. When I changed my own transmission oil, I got the filter from a non-medium duty truck dealer. Even the small dealers know about the V10 and the Ford tranny's as they are in their PU's--------and every Ford dealer sells Ford PU's!!
