As a point of reference only the Workhorse W20-W22 had the brake recall.
The Workhorse W24 has a completely different and much larger brake system and this system has been trouble free. IMHO, the W24 is the preferred Workhorse gas chassis and easily carries my 23,200# 39' motorhome anywhere.
The Allison 2100MH transmission is a MAJOR plus for the W24. The 2100MH is used in some diesel engined chassis'.
