Working on something ALL THE TIME

Now I am not complaining . I like to have things to do and most of the time I am working on the motorhome for preventitive maintenance items. Sometimes I seem to be overwhelmed and wonder if it is just me or is there something that needs to be fixed, improved, painted, waxed, cleaned, lubricated, ect. ect. all the time. I think I could go and work on something everyday and not run out of things to do. Maybe I am just a little overboard on keeping things in good order but when I see something that needs to be fixed or catch something before there is a problem I can not and will not ignore it for long. I seem to have something to work on after every camping trip.

    I hear things failing a we speak. If I ain't building or repairing then it's breaking. Only thing worst is my 60 year old body!

    I'm always tinkering - if I'm not maintaining the coach I'm improving it....its what i like to do.

    Will stuff break, sure, will it ruin our trip....only if i let it ! We've got road side assistance and can cover the repairs....at the end of the day the coach is no more complicated or less reliable than anything else we own (how or cars)....theres nothing to say your car won't break down on a trip.

    you can prepare all you want, theres still gonna be things that catch you by surprise....dont let it ruin your trip or time in the coach...sometimes the best laughs & memories come from UNPlanned events.

    I'm right there with you Ken. It is just those that like to take care of there stuff. There are a bunch on here that I think are the same. :). It's not a bad thing at all.
