If I understand correctly, you also have a unit you are trading in? Are they perhaps giving you a higher trade in value than it is really worth Wholesale?
If so deal may not be all that bad. Perhaps it's the total deal you could look at. In other words, if they did 5k less on the trade in and 5k less on the new one you end up in the same place.
