It's probably going to need tires after you get everything repaired. If you're okay doing the repairs, it could be a great learning experience. The Allegro is a well built coach.
I have a 96 Southwind, P-30 chassis with AutoPark. It's a good engine and gives me no problems. The AutoPark can be annoying but, there is a lot of info available on this forum or the internet.
The water damage is the big problem. A small leak can cause a lot of damage if not repaired quickly. Then, there's the mold issue from the leak.
