Two different questions. How to get it there and why do you want to? I certainly wouldn't haul it 4 down. Considering its light weight, and stiff suspension, I can imagine it bouncing high enough to go thru your back window. I'd put it on a trailer. I trailer mine when hauling it about 4 miles.
As to riding it in the park, I watched a guy on a motorcycle sit in the middle of the road while a herd of bison walked around him. He looked nervous. Also, other than wheel chairs, vehicles are not allowed off the pavement, so there's not much point.
At the very least, I'd give them a call before I went.
