Asking $15, you could probably buy for $10-$12 maybe? And, at that price, what else can you buy? Not much. Heck, a "good" used travel trailer will cost more. Without seeing it myself, I'd say it's worth investigating further - mainly because of the one-owner and maintenance. But just be ready - you're gonna have to put some cash into that baby to keep it going. A/C, fridge, air springs, brakes, tires ($4,000), batteries, etc, etc...the list can get long. I don't personally know about those coaches, but have always read that they are good quality.
Sounds like you're in a similar situation to what we were - wanted to try out the motorhome lifestyle, wanted quality, didn't have a lot of money to spend (nor did we want to at this point), opted for older quality unit. Has been quite a learning experience, and am happy with our decisions. Just takes $$$, time, and help from some knowledgeable friends.
