Bought it at auction? just curious guess I could ask him what he paid just wonder why it went to auction.

Plenty of dealers get inventory from auctions and then resell them. Some actually go through the unit and fix the problems, others don't. I have bought cars from auctions before, but never a MH. If the price was right, I would consider it. Good luck.
