Would you buy a used coach with residential refrigerator?
If you were looking for a used coach, would you consider one with a residential refrigerator, or would you prefer something like a Norcold 1200 RV type?

No, I would not. In fact, I walked away from a very nice little Dodge based Class C several years ago for that very reason.
Well, that plus the fact that the generator was missing (as in not installed).
It was a nice coach, too, pretty fair shape, 440 engine, just what I was looking for at the time.
But, 110 VAC frig, no generator, no deal.
