Yes, as you read my post, I am also concerned with this and that is why I am requesting this in black and white from Mark Zimmerman who is the head of The Revenue and Fuel Tax Administration. And I thought the main subject is "fuel tax". Geeez who's side are you on in this discussion. My friend, that simply is not true. I have said from the very beginning, if someone with authority is willing to publicly publish a position from the State of Arizona, we all are better off. That does not mean an e-mail from some guy that may or may not have that authority. Also, as I have said before, people at the other end of a telephone and e-mails written by someone without authority are meaningless as is anyone's personal opinion... even yours.
