I did the same thing--called and they told me where to take it.....I took the DP and the guy removed the inverter, had it forever, 3 times, and put it back $700 worth. Each time it worked for a few days and stopped. I had my fill of that business and by passed the inverter. The only thing I don't have that I needed was the charging feature. I connected the house and chassis batteries through a switch so when I run the motor I turn on the switch and the batteries get charged + I have a solar charger. It has worked this way for a couple of years.....replaced 6 year old batteries this year also.
