I called Xantrex and they told me where their local repair facilities were. I took it out of the motorhome and called ahead and gave the local repair facility the symptoms and he had this thing fixed within 45 minutes after I got there. Total bill about $220. Brought it home and put it back in the motorhome and everything is working fine

Glad that Xantrex stepped up and helped you out. I took mine to the Portland shop because I was at Seaside, Oregon at the time. I also took the inverter/charger out and drove my toad to Portland, had it fixed for a couple of hundred bucks and it has worked perfect ever since. He said it was a loose connection to the transfer board that was causing my problems.
