On my 458 Inv/Chgr, the c/b's are installed directly into a PCB, and thus switching wires to determine if the breaker is bad or you have an overload is not possible. Is a bit complicated to replace breakers, as some dis-assembly of unit is required. You might find replacement at electric supply house, or maybe marine supply store as this type c/b often used in boat elec. panels. Unlikely to find in home improv. store such as Lowes/Home Depot. My experience with these type c/b's is that every time they trip they get a bit weaker, eventually not holding very well at all
