I see the unit has 3 breakers
On on the Input (on the front)
and two more (I did not read where) for the output circuits

So it may be they put everything on the one breaker and all he needs to do is split the load between the two.
Breakers are common electronic store items I suspect.. From the description Radio Shack used to sell them (But alas no more) most electroincs shops will have them and perhaps some electrical
Take hi-res photo (hold a ruler behing it when taking photo and look up Supply shops and ask.
