And that is exactly why I have a Magnum. That's an interesting business model though. They apparently think they are so self righteous and superior that one would gladly stand inline and purchase a new one as opposed to buying an arguably superior unit overall that can also be serviced and has a GREAT customer service department. Sooner or later that attitude WILL catch up with them.
