The Manual states when that light is on the battery voltage is low. How do you know what your voltage is? Have you checked the voltage where the cables connect to the Inverter? You could have an issue with cables or connections.
If you check and find the voltage is correct how about calling Xantrex. Most of the companies will walk you through troubleshooting.
