I don't know what those straps look like but if you have a Harbor Freight Tools nearby, they sell all kinds of ratcheting straps at very cheap prices. I just bought a pack for tying down my bikes in the back of my truck. $20 for a combo pack of 4 15' ratcheting tie downs, a ton of bungee cords, and some cable ties.
