One thing that is different about Yellowstone is you don't have to be staying at a particular campground to use the facilities. If you camp at one area that doesn't have showers and hookups, you can pull into one of the other areas and take a shower, dump your tanks, fill with fresh water etc. So if you have a typical RV don't let the lack of hookups keep you out of the non hookup camps.
