Yellowstone
Been away from the forum for a while - work, work, work. Now we're thinking of taking the MH to Yellowstone for a week sometime in September. Having never been there, I have a few obvious questions:
We haven't checked for campground reservations yet. Is it too late to get reservations in September?
What are people's favorite campgrounds and why? Since we are allergic to smoke, we're considering Fishing Bridge, since we read it doesn't allow fires, but we're open.
Is it better to set up housekeeping at one campground and use a toad to see the rest of the park, or should we sample a few different ones for 2 or 3 days?
Other than Old Faithful, what are your favorite things to do? We're not up for much actual hiking, but walks are OK.
Anything else I might not be thinking to ask?
Thanks!
