There are all kinds of people out there. It's unfortunate that you had to come across someone like that. I still believe that there are more HONEST people than DIShonest, but you still got 'em and they'll do anything hey can to separate you from your money. Goes to show that the consumer should be well armed with knowledge BEFORE they try to get services from a company for anything.
