I'd also suggest you reconsider the Aqua Hot. We have one and it is just so much better in many ways than the LP furnace and LP water heater. Especially if you will be in the coach full time.
I would also lean toward the tag. We went from a 36' DP (no tag) that drove pretty well to a 42' with tag that drives like a dream. If you are going to be traveling a lot, the comfort and stability of the coach on the move will be appreciated.
Finally, not sure what Country Coaches you have looked at but it is my understanding most of them have IFS. Perhaps the pre 2000's don't but I would be surprised to find any of them built in later years without IFS. Also, the comment that they are an orphan, that is really not true. Country Coach has operated a tech support, parts and service center in Oregon since about 2012 and they were recently purchased by Winnebago Industries. Winnebago will build DP's in the former CC factory in Oregon and has promised to not only build Country Coaches again but provide support to existing CC owners. In fact, Winnebago will offer factory service to Country Coach owners at their current factory in Forest City, IA.
