My only phone (cell) and aircard are thru Verizon, for about 10 years. No problems worth mentioning, and the rare calls I've had to make to customer / tech service have gotten very good responses. Almost no dropped calls, and I've had data service in some out-of-the-way spots. Contract is up next month, and I'll renew with them, no question.
I'm adding a land-line internet connection at home; have a choice between ATT & Charter. I feel great dread at getting involved with either after great no-hassles experience with Verizon.
