After getting the wrong info from 2 local Verizon stores here (dealing with Global Dataplans), I came home, got on the phone, got some dude in South Carolina who told me "I'm in the Global Division, man, I ain't gonna give you no BS!" Cracked me up. He gave me all the information I needed, stopped to check on some points as we went along, and had a sense of humor about it all.
Great customer service, as I've had on the several occasions I have called them.
Their cellular coverage has suited me fine for calls and internet, all over the country.
The local stores: naaaah. Mostly catering to teenage twit(erers).
