It is apparent from all of the comments that a lot of people think well of Verizon. I have yet to experience that satisfaction. I went into a Verizon store on I 45 (south of Houston) today, and their business model reared it's ugly head! When I told the girl (her tag indicated she was the manager) I wanted info on a data plan, she told me, "...it's all on line. Do you want me to print you a copy?" HUH??????? She did not offer any explanation and when I began questioning her, she shuffled me off to another employee. He wasn't any better! Had to pull, and I do mean pull, everything from him! I'm most disappointed! Stuff happens, learn from it and move on! That is what I'll do.
