Roof not an issue, google about replacing a fiberglass roof that tears off in the wind, I'll take epdm (rubber) anyday. And the fake ultra leather can be found accross the board, yes it sucks, but not exclusive to Thor. People will always bash THOR, I personally think they're jealous. lol
On edit, $38k is a good price. One thing though, Hurricane and Windsport are technically different, the same but different. Since this one has Hurricane on it it's a Hurricane and not a Windsport. The Windsport would have different basement doors and usually different interior finish options.
