Zone 2 Air Conditioner is not working

I had the same problem and to correct I replaced the J11 4 wire snap connectors @ the front AC and rear AC units. It normally is a corrosion problem w/ the J11 connectors because they sit where there is moisture up inside of the AC units.

here is a manual that will help. On page # 9 I think, it shows a phone connector and wire.. that sends a signal from A/C #1 to #2, if not contact as in corrosion, then no control. To clean take a old tooth brush clean both ends. Spray with electrical contact clean and use di-electrical grease, Autozone has it.

Do you know how to remove the control panel? I pulled and tugged a bit, but it wouldn't just pop off so I didn't want to damage it. Thank you!!

Sounds like a probable bad/broken connection problem from the T-Stat for zone 2. Not a fun problem to diagnose. Do you have the wiring diagram for your coach and a multi-meter? Time to go hunting. :(

Try this but first ensure that a breaker is not thrown.

2. System Reset

a. Turn the ON/OFF switch to the "OFF" position.
b. Simultaneously depress and hold the MODE
and ZONE push-buttons while turning the ON/
OFF switch to "ON". FF should appear in LCD
display until the mode and zone push-buttons
are released.
