? Pot & Pan Set w/Covers

Everyone has a preference when it comes to pots and pans. For me, nothing beats my set of thrift store stainless with lids and a couple of high quality cast iron frying pans. My cast iron is over 120 years old and with care, is non-stick. Most people don't want to put the amount of time into taking care of good cast iron. It is heavy.

We just discovered that Blue Diamond is the only truly nonstick pan; and we have used the Copper Chef.
A set of BD is on sale for $79 at a popular online source or the larger set for $183.

The Kirkland set from Costco is very good.

Thanks All! DW says she'll try the Michelangelo set, likes that there's a cover for everything but the small fry pan and likes the non-teflon noin-stick surface.
