I always pack bricks of cheese, make a cheeseball, homemade chicken salad for the 1st evening out, hot dogs, brats, taco meat & sloppy joes frozen & in camper freezer, canned soups for worn out nights, fresh baby carrots, couple of onions-one already diced in Tupperware onion container, cans of different veggies, pkgs of tuna, mayo in frig, loaf of bread, eggs, ready baked bacon, I'll do a freezer container of mac&cheese, it's just endless what you can prepare ahead of time. But I wouldn't do 14 days worth. Too many restaurants to try out there. But I do spend a full day preparing food before any trip & post a list on the frig. Have fun!
