we bought emeril lagasse-love it so far-mozzerella stcks-excellant,did some filet mignon tips best we've ever had-cleanup is a breeze.

We bought a Phillips based on positive reviews, while getting set to replace our broken deep-fryer, and were very disappointed at the finishing taste, texture and cooking limitations of what could be prepared in it. We returned it for a Waring Pro 4-qt deep fryer. Now we know better and won't make that mistake again - YMMV, my wife is an Asian gourmet cook, I was a chef before I was a chemist, and we have different expectations of food than other people might.

We have a Cook's Essentials from QVC and just love it. Used it for french fries, pork chops, baked and fried chicken, burritos, and other foods. You don't have to just use it for frying it can bake also. The problem is check the wattage on fryers cause each one is different, one we have is 1500 watts.

Big Boss Air Fryer. Works great, wife loves it.

We bought the Go-Wise brand and just love it. It makes the best home cut fries if you follow the recipes you can find on line. It is also great for cooking frozen potato products and onion rings.
