Our mom taught my brother and I to cook so we would know if a prospective wife knew what she was doing in the kitchen. I would never have a wife that cooked with tofu.
Fantasy note to self: Acquire a wife someday. S/he can cook with tofu (in his/her own kitchen) but should shuddup when suggested.
