Another cast iron piece
Cornbread Pan Been looking at this one for a while, and finally got one. For anyone interested-it makes heavenly scones, cornbread, biscuits. The 'wedges' make nice browned, crispy edges.

Mom has had one for years... it is on my list of things I want when she downsizes and doesn't have room for it. like she will ever give up any of her cast iron.
