Another cast iron piece
Cornbread Pan Been looking at this one for a while, and finally got one. For anyone interested-it makes heavenly scones, cornbread, biscuits. The 'wedges' make nice browned, crispy edges.

I inherited one similar to that from my Grandmother. It makes corn sticks in the shape of an ear of corn, complete with kernels. More crusty edges. UMM.
