Another cast iron piece
Cornbread Pan Been looking at this one for a while, and finally got one. For anyone interested-it makes heavenly scones, cornbread, biscuits. The 'wedges' make nice browned, crispy edges.

That reminds me that we have one of those hanging on the wall in a little used room. Might be time to put it to use. DW picked it up in a yard sale 25 years ago.
