Another cast iron piece
Cornbread Pan Been looking at this one for a while, and finally got one. For anyone interested-it makes heavenly scones, cornbread, biscuits. The 'wedges' make nice browned, crispy edges.

I've had one of those for umpteen years. Never used it. I think it is in the garage somewhere. Gonna have to find and give it a try, though I don't know anyone that actually eats cornbread.
