Another cast iron piece
Cornbread Pan Been looking at this one for a while, and finally got one. For anyone interested-it makes heavenly scones, cornbread, biscuits. The 'wedges' make nice browned, crispy edges.

Bought one a several months ago and used it for the first time week before last. Love it and the DH, who has always liked cornbread a lot, started wanting it all the time. Had two of the ones that made cornbread in the shape of ears of corn, one in cast iron and one in the heavy hammered aluminum - I think that was what it was. Anyway, I'd never used either and when we had the old mobile we were living in until our house was built torn down, burned and buried, everyone forgot to retrieve them. I've been kicking myself ever since.
